Average intervention time recommended: 2 hours.

Complete deactivation through factory programming.

Emission control elements are deactivated via hard programming in the Engine Management System (EMS) and the Aftertreatment Control Module (ACM) separately. We preserve your current software version and directly program the new data into the ECU’s flash memory.

The AdBlue pump, FAP differential pressure sensor, and AdBlue injector can be disconnected.

  • Particulate filter must be emptied.
  • No error codes are detected.
  • Limp mode (degraded mode for emissions) is eliminated.
  • Adblue gauge remains visible on the dashboard.
  • Allows neutralization of the FAP, EGR, and SCR systems.
  • The ACM must remain connected.

Recommended average intervention time: 3 hours.

FAP and AdBlue deactivation using a virtualization box.

Deactivation targets the FAP and AdBlue systems, excluding the EGR system managed by the EMS. The installation of the box is simple, with its connector identical to the one on your machine.

Components linked to the DPF and SCR systems can be disconnected.

  • Particulate filter must be emptied.
  • No error codes are detected.
  • Limp mode (degraded mode for emissions) is eliminated.
  • Virtualized AdBlue gauge (typically at 74% AdBlue level).
  • Allows neutralization of the FAP and SCR systems.
  • Our system’s virtualization module replaces the ACM (gas post-treatment unit).

Recommended average intervention time: 15 minutes for self-assembly. Disconnect your ACM and connect our box.
