Following a fault in the exhaust after-treatment system, this John Deere 1010G forestry forwarder was constantly malfunctioning. We intervened electronically to virtualize the system, thus resolving the fault once and for all. John Deere Forestry adopts an exhaust after-treatment strategy managed by a Phoenix L33 ECU on this vehicle.Following the extraction and analysis of data pinpointing various faults within the ECU, we refine the program and embed it into the ECU Flash memory. This process mirrors the installation of a new internal program, effectively emulating or deactivating AdBlue errors when the vehicle is in operation.The AdBlue level remains constant, and the AdBlue injection system is unavailable.
