A Hitachi ZX130LCN equipped with an Isuzu engine and Tier 4i emission system, including DPF and EGR systems, was experiencing frequent issues with soot filter regeneration, power losses, and downtime. The filter replacement costs were very high, so the client contacted us for a solution. After our 3-hour intervention, the machinery could return to work with the DPF system completely disabled. Going forward, this tractor will no longer have issues with this system.
